Charlotte Richardson is a highly qualified and experienced professional with a degree in English Language and Literature, certifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Women’s Sport Leadership Academy, and a Level 3 Diploma in Management. Her career spans two sectors—sport and marketing—having held various roles such as head of marketing and communications, head of media, sub-editor, engagement officer, communications manager, and social media officer at organizations including World of Golf, Kent FA, Gillingham FC, Gillingham Ladies Football Club, The Offside Rule, Women In Sport, K Sports, Margate FC, and Bromley FC.

In addition to her extensive marketing experience, Charlotte has contributed as an Equality Advisory Group member for Kent FA until 2019 and currently serves as a Foundation Trustee. Her broadcasting career has flourished in recent years, with roles at BBC local radio and on their prime-time show Final Score. Passionate about grassroots sports, Charlotte hosts the In The Box podcast and offers sports analysis and updates on Times Radio. Outside of work, sports remain at the centre of her life, where she enjoys watching, listening to, and reading about sports.
