When Chloe Richardson was just 19 years old, she was handed a large budget to plan 10 back-to-back events for the largest student accommodation in Europe. Unqualified and inexperienced, she found herself mentally exhausted and sleep deprived—but also certain she had found her calling in the events industry. Since then, Chloe has spent more than 15 years immersed in the global events world, working on stage, on the show floor, and behind the scenes to help transform events into unforgettable experiences.

Today, Chloe is best known for her host, moderator, and emcee work. With years of experience on stage, she specialises in creating engaging, memorable environments that connect audiences and elevate events. Whether it’s a high-profile awards ceremony, a fireside chat, a multi-day summit, or live interviews, Chloe ensures a seamless flow while bringing out the very best in speakers and participants.

She has hosted more than 300 think tanks and roundtable events, where her focus is on strengthening connections, sparking meaningful dialogue, and driving actionable insights.
