Gordon Glenister is a recognised speaker, moderator, and thought leader in influencer marketing and personal branding. With extensive experience working alongside leading brands and industry organisations, he has established himself as a trusted authority in the field. In 2018, Gordon launched the Influencer Marketing Division of the Branded Content Marketing Association. He is also the author of two books on influencer marketing strategy, the first of which was shortlisted as a finalist in the Business Book of the Year Awards.

Gordon Glenister is an expert in influencer marketing and personal branding. Throughout his career, he has worked with a number of leading brands, including Swan Vestas, Strongbow, Red Stripe, and Grants of St James. He later founded his own incentives company before going on to lead the British Promotional Merchandise Association for 11 years.
He is the host of the Influence Global Podcast and the author of Influencer Marketing Strategy. Having presented and moderated more than 300 events worldwide, Gordon is known for delivering engaging, insightful, and practical sessions that resonate with audiences.
His expertise centres on helping brands build credibility, expand their reach, and achieve measurable business outcomes through effective influencer marketing strategies. Gordon is also the founder of the Influencer Strategists community and the Employfluence programme, which helps organisations harness the power of employee advocacy.
Gordon is also a professional moderator who has appeared at over 350 events. His natural charm as a moderator makes the audience and guests feel at ease. He has also been a conference chair at many marketing and retail events and hosted the BPMA Awards for over nine years.
