With 25 years of service in the Metropolitan Police, Jacqui Hames specialised in major crime investigations and was instrumental in launching the UK’s first Crimestoppers unit at New Scotland Yard. Her expertise in psychological, geographic, and forensic profiling has been pivotal in identifying serial offenders.
