Mark Kelly holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Business Studies from TUI Dublin and a Master’s in Strategic Management Planning from the Michael Smurfit Business School.

His career in AI and technology began in 2007 as a Director at SThree, a STEM-specialist talent partner. Since 2018, he has served as Chief Customer Officer at Alldus International, a recruitment specialist in AI and technology. He also founded the AI in Action Dublin meetup, fostering a vibrant AI community in Ireland.

Mark’s entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found AI Ireland and the AI Awards, initiatives dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence in Ireland. His industry impact has earned him numerous international accolades, including the No. 1 Recruiter Award at the 2012 Recruiter Awards out of 27,000 entrants.

In 2018, he launched the AI Ireland podcast, where he has interviewed over 600 AI and machine learning leaders on topics ranging from NASA engineering and robotics to cloud operations and cognitive automation.

Also a sought-after keynote speaker, Mark has delivered talks worldwide, including his TEDxTallaght talk, “How One Act of Kindness a Day Can Change Your Life.” His latest book, AI Unleashed: Navigating the AI Revolution as a Business Executive, provides practical insights into AI’s role in business strategy.
