Brazilian Portuguese presenter Juliana Pflaumer is a MC and corporate moderator, born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and now living in the UK.
Before becoming a presenter, Juliana graduated in Marketing and Advertising (BA) at ESPM (São Paulo, Brazil) and worked in advertising for over 4 years in both Client Management and New Business for multinational brands such as Citroen and Reckitt Benckiser. Over those years, she’s developed a great skill in presenting and pitching campaign ideas to her clients.
She now lives in London and works in Corporate Facilitation for events worldwide – honing her skills in everything from Immersive Theatre and workshops to creative leadership facilitation. As an interviewer, she has fronted for a variety of companies in the healthcare and EDI sectors, and at film festival events, including Raindance Film Festival and Women of the Lens.

After earning her marketing degree, Juliana Pflaumer trained as a professional actress, later refined her presenting skills by completing a Presenting course at The Presenter Studio, mentored by Gareth Davies, a TV producer at BBC, Channel 4, and ITV.
Fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English, she can navigate easily between languages for international events, or translate for Q&A panels.
She has extensive experience delivering sessions on “Challenging Conversations” and “Building Effective Teams,” including training in constructive feedback and coaching. Her work explores communication models, body language, and the relationship between impact and intention.
Juliana has partnered with both local and global organisations, including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Simmons & Simmons, IDEXX, LinkedIn, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and Visa.
Her experience also includes leading discussions and skills-based practice on topics such as Health & Safety for UK construction companies (including Tideway, National Grid, and Siemens), as well as delivering Inclusion workshops for a wide range of clients.
She is also available for corporate videos, live events, commercial acting, and voiceover work.
