More About

Beverley Turner is a highly experienced presenter, moderator, and live event host. She currently anchors weekday mornings on GB News. With a broadcasting career spanning over two decades, she has fronted a wide range of live television and radio programmes across leading networks, including ITV, BBC, Channel 5, and Sky.

As a regular contributor to shows such as This Morning, Good Morning Britain, BBC Breakfast, and The Jeremy Vine Show, Beverley is known for guiding intelligent and engaging discussions across subjects ranging from politics to public health. Her experience as a debate moderator and panel chair is underpinned by her confident handling of live dialogue, balanced facilitation of opposing views, and natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.

She has hosted major entertainment and lifestyle formats—such as Taste on Sky 1 and Videotech for ITV1—and interviewed public figures ranging from Gino D’Acampo to the Spice Girls.

In sport, she brought insight and accessibility to coverage of Formula 1, the NBA, and the Tour de France during her time with ITV.

In 2023, Beverley Turner received the Aspirational Public Figure of the Year award at the Inspirational Awards for Women, recognising her as a staunch advocate for free speech and balanced debate. In her acceptance speech, she dedicated the honour to those who felt disillusioned by the lack of honest reporting since the start of the pandemic, vowing to continue fighting for open discourse and robust journalism.

Beyond the screen, Beverley is a sought-after keynote speaker and live event host. She is regularly invited to moderate panels, chair conferences, and present awards ceremonies, thanks to her sharp awareness of current affairs, warmth on stage, and ability to manage complex conversations with clarity and confidence. Beverley Turner is a trusted and impactful communicator on camera or in front of a live audience.

Beverley is also the author of three non-fiction books:

The Pits (2005): Beverley wrote this after presenting ITV’s coverage of F1 for three years. In this book, she talks about the negative side of working in the sport, finding a lot of it to be sexist and discriminatory.

Touching Distance (2013): This book looks at the before and after of athlete James Cracknell’s (who happened to be Bev’s husband at the time) accident and brain injury, confronting the lasting effects that the accident had on their lives.

The Happy Birth Book (2017): Beverley started an antenatal course in West London in 2015, which then morphed into several more successful groups. This book lays out all the facts about pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood, from scans to stretch marks to hypnobirthing.
