Her clients include Adevinta, the Aviation Awards, and the eCommerce Awards, among many others.

Carrie is also an accomplished broadcast journalist and presenter, trained at the prestigious London College of Communication. Her media career includes roles at leading UK outlets such as the BBC, ITV, and Sky. She was part of the pioneering female presenting team that launched Sky Sports News. Later, she became a trusted face on Sky News and an anchor at the ITN News Channel, where she covered major breaking stories, including the Southeast Asia tsunami and the 7/7 London bombings.

Drawing on her journalism roots and natural stage presence, Carrie has become a sought-after event host, MC, and moderator. Known for her clarity, poise, and ability to steer meaningful conversations, she regularly leads panels and keynotes at top-tier international events. Her moderating credits include South Summit (Madrid & Bilbao), 4YFN (MWC Barcelona), the European Blockchain Convention, Meffy Awards, Savant eCommerce events, the IESE Speaking Awards, and the Toastmasters Summit, among others.

In addition to her work on stage, Carrie Frais is also a professional voiceover artist and speaker, as the co-founder of 4Voices, a platform that gives teenagers the stage – literally and figuratively- to speak out on critical issues such as mental health, identity, and self-expression. The initiative fosters confidence through public speaking and champions the power of young voices to influence change.
