Inge Woudstra is an expert in equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a particular focus on gender inclusion.

She is the author of Be Gender Smart—The Key to Career Success for Women, a book praised by figures like Helena Morrissey, founder of the 30% Club, who said, “Men and women bring a great deal of value to the table. The sweet spot is in appreciating the need for both.”

As an inspiring speaker and moderator, Inge delivers a powerful message to women, men, and senior managers alike:  “stop changing women, start changing organisations.”   Her approach to gender diversity is unique; she has examined bio-psychological and brain research to identify relevant gender differences in the workplace, applying these insights to address the lack of women in senior roles and the talent pipeline. She provides actionable examples of how to retain women and leverage their contributions.
