Lorraine Wright’s career has been varied, seeing her working for Accenture, Volkswagen, Smart Technology Solutions, Solex, UBS, and Meta.
She is the founder of Resonates Well CIC and University Gospel Choir of the Year (UGCY), and has since empowered over 25,000 young people across the UK and Ghana. She uses the arts to build confidence, foster that feeling of belonging, and improving mental health. Over the years, UGCY has grown into one of the most anticipated events in the UK’s university calendar, drawing together choirs from across the country.
A University of Oxford Exec MBA Graduate, Lorraine is the co-founder of the investor-backed music tech platform Vocsta Ltd. and founder of Diaspora To Home, supporting Ghanaians and Africans living in the diaspora navigating the complexities of investing in Ghana’s real estate market. She is a prominent voice in the charity and community world, and was an early advisor to the fast-growing Ghanian agri-tech startup Grow For Me.
