Beginning her career as a runner at Sky Sports News, Sarah-Jane Mee transitioned to presenting regional sports and news programs at ITV. Later, she returned to Sky to host major sports shows like Saturday Night Football, Football First, and Cricket AM. Her ability to seamlessly combine her passion for sport and current affairs led her to create dynamic panel discussions on Sky’s What’s the Story? and host the Sports Women of the Year Awards.

Sarah-Jane has also hosted Entertainment Week on Sky, where she interviewed directors, actors, and musicians while exploring the latest film releases and showbiz updates.  She is also a regular contributor to LBC Radio, offering insights on a wide range of topical news stories and has previously hosted the station’s Morning News programme.

Beyond broadcasting, Sarah-Jane is a sought-after live event moderator, leading conversations for organisations such as Google, Amnesty International, the Chance to Shine charity, and the League Manager’s Association.

An advocate for health and wellness, Sarah-Jane actively participates in sporting events, including cycling the first stage of the Tour de France route for a documentary and completing the London Marathon in 2015. She champions women in sports, fostering meaningful dialogue and recognition across disciplines.
