Susannah Streeter is a senior investment and markets analyst, commentator, former business journalist, and experienced and adept interviewer who has engaged with prominent business leaders, politicians, entrepreneurs, and economists on radio and television.
Her media career began as a trainee reporter at Radio France International, followed by a communications internship at Sanofi, a French healthcare company.
Over the next seven years, Susannah worked as a video journalist for Channel One TV, where she filmed, scripted, and presented reports for the UK’s first 24-hour local news channel. She covered events like the 1997 General Election and interviewed key political figures such as Tony Blair, Michael Portillo, Paddy Ashdown, and John Redwood. After two years, she transitioned to ITN, where she hosted ITV Regional News and produced crime and military documentaries.
In the late 1990s, Susannah joined the RAF Reserves and quickly rose to Squadron Leader for 7644 Sqn. She led the combat camera team during her eight years in the RAF. She worked as a media consultant, with deployments to locations including Oman, Macedonia, the USA, Hungary, Kosovo, Germany, Poland, Belgium, and Spain.
