Nick Kwek is an experienced moderator and live host, known for steering intelligent, engaging conversations across AI, technology, media, food, and innovation. A master interviewer in both live and recorded settings, he has spoken with leading global thinkers, including Noam Chomsky and Meta’s Yann LeCun.
He is a regular host and chair at major international conferences and expos, including Scotland’s AI Summit, SXSW (US, Sydney and London), CES, and IFA. Nick confidently moderates panels, chairs sessions, hosts multi-day events, and conducts in-depth fireside chats, combining editorial rigour with warmth and clarity.
Alongside his moderating work, Nick is a familiar face across the BBC, presenting technology and current affairs programming and hosting the global food series Discovering The World’s Table. His background as a producer and journalist brings sharp questioning, strong pacing, and an ability to translate complex ideas for any audience.
Nick is also the founder of Project X Media, an innovation-focused production studio, and is an official Ambassador for the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland.
